About Me
Hello!
My name is Rita Félix, and I am a Portuguese translator and proofreader.
My biggest career goal is to specialize in video game localization. This is my dream because I love playing games and would be thrilled to give the non-English speaking community the chance to enjoy games in their native language.
I currently work on localization projects in the Portuguese-English and English-Portuguese language pairs. I also offer proofreading services in both languages. If this is something you'd like to implement in your game, feel free to send me an email.
A Little bit more About Me
I have been playing games since I was a young girl, and it has always been my favorite thing in the world. Back then, I spent a lot of time playing games on the Nintendo DS. Nowadays, I play on both console and PC.
As I navigated the job market, I realized it would be a great idea to combine my passion for games with my skills in translation, which led me to start working in localization.
My favorite games are Stardew Valley, Honkai Star Rail, and Persona 5. I tend to enjoy cozy games the most, but I’m open to playing any type of game.
